Dick Pettigrew
Dick Pettigrew is a former Director of Asset Management Services for Rohm and Haas Company – a wholly owned subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company. His career at Rohm and Haas included Process Engineering Management, Project Engineering Management, and Maintenance Management. As Director – Asset Management Services, he managed a group of internal consultants which provided reliability, process consistency, work force practices, and technology deployment services to four businesses and more than 100 facilities world-wide.
After retiring from Rohm & Haas in 2003, Dick has provided asset care, maintenance and reliability consulting services to a variety of companies in the metals and mining industries in the United States, Asia, and Europe.
Dick holds a B.Sc. Chem. Eng. from Leeds University, England. Dick is based in the Philadelphia area.

International is a consortium of experienced consultants in Lean manufacturing, change management, and maintenance & reliability who have supported clients in the chemicals, energy, utility, automotive, industrial goods, consumer products, mining and metallurgical industries. M.O.R.E.'s team focuses on process and performance improvement and management of complex change where process quality and technology improvement requires behavioral changes at each level of the organization. The three founding partners have combined experience of over 100 years; 80 years in careers that led to senior management positions within the chemicals industry, 25 years with professional services and consulting.
