P3 is an invaluable baseline analysis across the three core areas of any World Class Operation; Performance, Practices, and People. This learning experience produces clear insight into facilities' biggest areas of short and long term opportunities for improvement in a journey towards WCO. Results include detailed analysis across
- Performance: asset utilization/OEE, material yields, unnecessary inventory, unnecessary labor, cost of quality, energy/services, asset care
