One of the keys to an effective production system implementation is to take an integrated approach to continuous improvement that combines and sequences the best CI methodologies.  Our experience is that organizations that attempt to selectively apply specific methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, ultimately are not able to sustain the gains over time.

With that in mind, the Integrative Improvement System Diagnostic (iiSd) is designed to assist Manufacturing and Supply Chain Executives in evaluating their organization's ability to build and sustain an operations excellence culture. 

The diagnostic includes more than 150 criteria across 9 themes and allows participants to view the maturity of their operational management systems and continuous improvement efforts on a 5 stage scale and compared to industry leaders such as Apple, Proctor & Gamble, Dell, and Toyota.  Phase 5 Group reviews those diagnostic results with our clients and makes recommendations on how to progress forward on their production system journey.
