High Performance Leadership

Overview
The High Performance Leadership program simultaneously debunks some of the common myths about what makes for an effective leader and teaches participants the behaviors required to be an effective leader within any organization. Participants in this program will learn the following:

  • Understand the five practices of the world’s greatest leaders
  • Create a clear and compelling vision of the future
  • Find an appropriate balance among the five major leadership roles (technician, manager, trailblazer, architect, and coach)
  • Become a leader who empowers others and brings out their best
  • Understand how to organize and manage priorities
  • Recognize leadership qualities in yourself

Structure and Format
The High Performance Leadership program consists of eight modules typically delivered over a period of weeks to allow for personal reflection and the incremental application of new leadership behaviors and practices.  The eight modules that make up the High Performance Leadership program are shown below:


 

Target Audience
While the High Performance Leadership Program can be applied in any professional environment, it’s well suited for Plant Staff who need to develop the required leadership attributes to support a production system deployment based on new logic operating principles.
