It has been my immense pleasure to oversee Phase 5 Group’s growth from a start-up to a dedicated group of leading operations specialists which is driving client value in hundreds of facilities across the globe.
Our success derives from embedding into our own organization’s DNA the same principles which we support our clients in instilling in theirs – prioritize customer needs at all times, maintain a “teaching while doing” mindset, and keep a laser-like focus on delivering short and long-term results.

Though now a primary delivery arm for the TRACC platform in North America, we are still small—and therefore care about every customer, and remain flexible and responsive to your needs.

Prior to forming the Phase 5 Group, Dean had 10 years of professional experience as a consultant and trainer, and in research and product development in a variety of industries. In addition to the United States, Dean has worked extensively in Latin America and speaks Spanish and French fluently.
Dean holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an MPP from Harvard University and is based in the Baltimore-Washington D.C. area.
